RICE is formed by researchers with knowledge and experience/networking within the Chinese research system, universities, technology transfer, patents, financing, and talent plans. With senior and recognized researchers within the Chinese national research and talent system.
Internal knowledge with years of experience consolidates RICE and its members to establish collaborations, joint labs, collaboration projects, local, regional, and national financing, and efficient technology transfer in the university-industry/research centers sphere.
Share the experience and knowledge acquired in the research and science system in China, thus serving as an advisory body, information channeler and catalyst for international and multidirectional relations in scientific matters with the objective of contributing to the progress of science and the improvement of the Spanish System of Science, Technology and Innovation.
